From Darkness to Brilliance: Stop Wishing, Start Doing!

Hi there, and welcome to Gut-Zen! I’m Linda, and just like you, I spent years struglling with chronic health issues. I created Gut-Zen because I wanted to build a space for anyone who’s ready to take control of their health, find their voice, and start living life on their own terms.

If you’re over feeling unworthy, self-sabotaging, and letting chronic health issues run the show, I feel you. I’ve been there, and that’s why I’m here – to help you break free and find that amazing, part of you that’s been waiting to come out and play. My own journey from living in a really dark head space and poor health, to completely flipping my health around, led me to re-start my holistic health care education and add functional nutrition where I came to realise that, as Hippcrates stated thousands of years ago “All Disease Begins in the Gut”.

At Gut-Zen, we don’t just talk about changing your diet; we dive into how your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions shape your well-being. I’m a big believer in “If you can dream it, you can do it!” But let’s be real – dreaming is just the start. It takes the desire for change, self-love, and a whole lot of support to make it happen. But visualising yourself already there sure does help.

I created Gut-Zen because I believe that healing isn’t a one-size-fits-all deal. It’s about understanding your own unique story, looking your specific challenges right in the eye, and having someone in your corner who gets it and is ready to guide you towards a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and totally aligned with who you are.

My aim is to build a community where we don’t just talk about the latest fad diets or “miracle” cures; we explore what it means to nourish yourself in a way that truly lights up your body, mind, and soul. A place where we cut through all the noise and focus on what actually works for you – because you’re the expert on you!

At Gut-Zen, I’m not just another health coach; I have not come from a health and fitness background. Completely the opposite to be honest. I have had my fair share of really serious chronic health issues and I was in a very dark place just a few years ago. So you will not be alone in this journey, I’ll be your cheerleader, and partner during all of it. From gut-friendly recipes and herb guides to essential oil tips and honest nutrition advice, we will work on building a lifestyle that fits your unique goals, needs, and personality.
